‘Body image’ is the theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week. In our ever-growing, consuming digital world, it couldn’t be a more pertinent topic to explore.

World Mental Health Day!

Today is World Mental Health Day. The theme this year is ‘young people and mental health in a changing world’ and this has never been more pertinent. This week we have a guest blog from our Deputy President at NUS Scotland, Gemma Jones.
